-How to apply

Please read through all the following instructions carefully.

Please note that JEIMUN only accepts applications submitted directly via our conference registration system, the Official registration form, which is linked below. We allow and encourage international students to attend conferences!

1. Read the “Application Requirements,” “Terms and Conditions.”

2. If you agree to the two conditions above, fill out the “Official Registration Form” from the button below and send it to us. 

⚠️ATTENTION⚠️

1. Applications are accepted on a per-school basis. Students alone are not allowed to participate. Therefore, an adult designated by the school must accompany the student.

2. After submitting the Official Registration form, we will send an invoice for the participation fee to the school’s email address.

3. Please make the payment according to the invoice provided. Participation will be granted upon confirmation of the payment.

4. Any additional information will also be sent to the responsible teacher via email.
