Cancellation Policy
For this year’s tournament, the participation fee will be refunded for cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Please send the following information to the secretariat address
    (1) A statement that you wish to cancel
    (2)Name of the pair, country, and name of the person who wishes to cancel
    (3)Reason for cancellation
  2. As soon as you receive an e-mail from the secretariat approving your cancellation, please send us your “designated account for refund” in reply to the e-mail.

Refundable Period

Refunds are available until 23:59 on December 21, three weeks before the tournament. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after that.

The refund amount will exclude any bank transfer fees.
Please contact the JEIMUN office to provide the designated account details for the refund at jeimun.official@gmail.com.
Once details of the designated account is received, the secretariat will process the refund, excluding bank transfer fees.
