Please be informed that the Rules of Procedures (RoP) will be revised.
We will attach the revised version of the RoP for Day 3 on Event Day Materials.
The revised point is colored in blue and highlighted in orange.
We kindly ask all delegates to review the updated RoP carefully, as it will be applied at the conference A tomorrow.

12/7 Rules of Procedure (both conferences) and BG2 were revised
We revised the rules of procedures (both conferences) and BG2 due to increase of delegates. We apologize for the inconvenience.
12/18 Country Assignment was revised
Several country assignments in the Country Assignment Sheet were wrong. The country told by your teachers is correct. We revised the Country Assignment Sheet, so please check it.
(The corrected ones are red colored.)
12/24 Background Guide 1 Correction (Regarding IFAD Member States)
The number of IFAD member states stated in the Background Guide was incorrect.
The correct number of IFAD member states is 180, as indicated on IFAD’s official website.
Please note that this figure should be used for your research and discussions.

We released the Record of the workshops and the slide we used. Please check from the conference materials.
In JEIMUN2026, we will hold workshops before the conference. The recordings of the workshops will be released on this page. Participation is not required. There is no registration, and you can join the workshops via the Zoom link, which will be shared in the “Important announcement” section. All workshop materials are designed mainly for beginners.
